December, January, and February are the winter months in Nepal and skies will be clear. The beginning of December is still perfect for high elevation treks such as Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit but after 20th onward it's not a good idea to trek in higher elevation. For business, many trekking companies take trips anywhere and they never informed clearly about the situation which may cause accidents and casualties. Rugged Trails Nepal clearly mentioned and suggest people for optional plans during the winter season. We only not think of customers and money but we give the most priority to our ground staff who had to deal with all the situations and without them nothing is possible.
