Short Trek To Manaslu Circuit in 2024

Why is Manaslu not an average trek? 

Well, it used to be an off-beaten path, but still, we can call it an off-beaten path trail. There are limited tea houses; trails are tricky, and in some places, rocks will be falling. Writing in this day mentally, you need to challenge various things, such as food, amenities, and tea houses.

Some people say the Manaslu Circuit is the best alternative trekking route, but seriously, every trekking route in Nepal has its own character. Some normal treks, like the Dhampus and Ghorepani kinds of short treks, can be compared to each other, but not the Annapurna Circuit or Manaslu.

Ok, let’s talk about the short Manaslu Circuit Trek. Pictures and Videos speak a lot more than words but they are still in words Landscapes are dominating, Experience Tibetan Cultures, Majestic Manaslu (the eighth highest peak in the world), and the Larkya La Pass at 5153 m. Waterfalls and rivers are beautiful on this trail, if you are a nature lover. Not only the Manaslu peak but other mountain peaks such as Ganesh, Lamjung Ranges, and Tibetan Peaks are other highlights of this trek.

The spring season is another attraction of this trek, with beautiful rhododendron flowers. Naturally beautiful Manaslu is a restricted area and must be joined by government-authorized trekking companies. Day 02: Soti Khola to Machha Khola (1001 meters) Distance: 5-hour trek

Day 03: Machha Khola to Jagat (1410m), Distance: 5–6 hours trek
