Most of our trekking is high altituade. There is no hospitals and any health instituations for any unexpected events. Although we have a rescue facilities for risky conditions but before that you must have first aid for such a incident.

- Basic Medicine used for fever, common cold, cough
- Bandages
- Small sicsor
- 1 skin-blister repair kit
- Anti-diarrhea pills
- Anti-headache pills
- Cough and/or cold medicine
- Anti-altitude sickness pills: Diamox
- Stomach antibiotic: Ciprofloxacin,
- Water purification tablets or water filter
- Earplugs
- Extra pair of prescription glasses, contact lens supplies
