Answer: April 2017. I had wanted to visit for many years. I had a great interest in climbing when I was young and read mountaineering books. I wanted to walk in the foothills, see the rhododendron forests and, of course, the mountains, the countryside and the people

Answer: The vegetable curry that was made in our Home Stay in Ghandruk by our guides and my daughter. Delicious! The chips in the Tea Houses were great (I seemed to yearn for a lot of carbs). In fact, the Tea House food was very good and I liked the cheesy food (pizzas etc) The dahl baht is good, but would have liked more spice and curry.
